Why a wine list with photos

On paper, a wine list is a list of names. On screen, every bottle has its photo, its description and its price by the glass and by the bottle. Guests see the label before ordering, and that helps them choose.

In the description you say what you’d say at the table: the winery, the appellation, the grape and why you like it. Your team hears “what’s this one like?” far less often, and guests feel like trying something different.

The drinks menu can be separate from the food or within the same menu. And there’s no limit: add every wine in your cellar.

How to set up your wine list

You don’t have to start from scratch. If you already have your wine list as a PDF, a photo or on your website, we import it from there and you just check it over.

For the photos, a phone is enough: you take a picture of the bottle and, from the dashboard, the AI improves it (light and background) without changing the bottle. If you prefer, you upload the photo the winery gives you.

A vintage runs out or a price changes: you change it from the dashboard and in under a minute it’s up to date on every tablet and phone. No crossings-out, no loose sheets and no reprinting.

If a wine has only run out for today, you mark it as sold out and it comes back on its own the next day.

For guests from abroad too

Wine descriptions are translated into all your active languages, like the rest of the menu. Tourists understand what they’re going to drink and order with confidence.
