What restaurants ask us.
What about dish photos? I don’t have good ones.
A photo taken with your phone is enough: from the dashboard, the AI improves it (light, background and presentation) without changing your dish, and it’s ready for the menu.
Do I have to type in the whole menu myself?
No. You can write it in the dashboard, or we import it from the one you already have: a PDF, a photo or, if it’s online, your website.
Do I need to buy tablets?
No. You can start with just the QR code on the tables. If you want tablets, any recent Android tablet works, including your own, and adding them costs nothing extra.
What if the Wi-Fi drops in the middle of service?
The menu that has already loaded stays saved on the tablet, and your guests keep seeing it.
Is the translation any good?
It translates with the context of a restaurant menu, not word for word. You can fine-tune any text by hand from the dashboard.
How long does a change take to show?
Less than a minute on every tablet, phone and computer, even during service and without restarting anything. And if you mark a dish as “sold out today”, it comes back on its own the next day.
Will I know if my guests use it?
Yes. The dashboard has statistics: how many people open the menu on your tablets, on their phone or on a computer, which dishes they look at most and which hardly anyone does, at what times, in which languages and where they come from. Every Monday you get a summary by email, and you can download a PDF report.
Can I keep my paper menu?
Of course. The digital menu doesn’t make you get rid of anything: many guests look at it on the tablet or on their phone, and anyone who prefers paper still has it.
Is the AI paid for separately?
Every month you get €10 of AI included to improve your dish photos, translate the menu and import it from a PDF, a photo or your website. A typical restaurant uses much less. If you ever go over, the extra is charged at cost, with no margin, and never more than €30 a month: once you hit the cap, the AI pauses until the next month and the menu carries on as normal.
Do I pay VAT?
Not Spanish VAT. With your EU VAT number, which you enter when you pay, the invoice is issued without VAT (reverse charge): you account for the VAT in your own country. Without an EU VAT number, Spanish VAT at 21 % applies.
Am I tied in?
No. The first month is free. After that you pay by card, month by month, with no minimum term. If you pay for the year upfront, you save 12 %.
